Pick-up Procedure
Finding Heraklion Airport Parking – DEPANAL Municipal Parking:
After landing and collecting your luggage, leave the airport building via the arrival hall. In the diagram below you are now at “EXIT”. Across the road, about 80m from the Arrival Exit, just up from the roundabout, you will find the Municipal Parking, named DΕPΑΝΑL. It is open 24 hours, and it is a paid parking area.
Location of the Key Box, Car Key & your Rental Car:
Αt the entrance of the parking, on the left side of the office of the parking guard, there is an iron key box, where inside the rental companies store their keys. It is always accessible. Moto Auto Plakias key box is down and left, where you will find an envelope with your name written on it. Inside the envelope, there will be the car key and the diagram below, which will show the parking location (parking row & number) of your rental car (e.g., Θ1-5). The parking area shown in the diagram below is almost always used, where the rows Θ1, Θ2, Ι1, Ι2, Κ1, Κ2 & Λ1 are. Check via

Upon landing, we will have already sent you via E-mail or WhatsApp the corresponding Google Maps link of your rental car’s location and the type, color & plate number of your rental car.
When you reach the Key Box, please use the Airport’s Wi-Fi or your mobile data to open the link to get the directions to your rental car.
