Pick-up Procedure

Finding Heraklion Airport Parking – DEPANAL Municipal Parking:

Your rental car will be located at a private parking station, approximately 500 m from Chania Airport, named GREECE AIR PARKING / G-Air Parking. Please also check the airport diagram for guidance.

After landing and collecting your luggage, exit the airport building and look to the left for the minivan with the GREECE AIR PARKING logo.

If the minivan is not there, please call +30 697 088 0940. A G-Air Parking driver will come to pick up the driver only and take him/her to the parking station.

When you arrive at GREECE AIR PARKING, the parking guard will give you the car key.

We will also send you by Email or WhatsApp the Google Maps link with the exact location of your rental car, together with the car type/model, colour and plate number. These are the same details that will help you identify your car at the parking station.

When you receive the key, please use the Greece Air Parking Wi-Fi or your mobile data to open the Google Maps link and follow the directions to your rental car.
